Pay it forward

So I have never seen the movie "Pay it Forward" but I thought of it the other night when a really nice guy helped me out.  I was trying to leave the Gateway parking structure and was parked by the exit.  There was a really long line of cars, so I thought I'd try to butt in from my parking spot instead of driving all around and waiting in the long line.  This guy saw me and waved me in.   I kinda felt guilty, but was so relieved.  So then I got up to the toll booth, and gave the lady my validations.  Well apparently you can only use one at a time, and my remaining total was $3.  I only had one dollar, and was panicking.  After a minute or two, the same guy that let me in ran up and paid my $3!  I waved and started driving away.  I was feeling guilty that this man was so nice to me and I had no way to repay or thank him.  So I decided that the only way I could would be to do the same thing for someone else.  Now I'm all excited about it!  Hopefully I get an opportunity to be nice to someone and make their day like he made mine.

I think you should see the movie, too. One of my favorites & very touching. I really do think about it all the time when people are nice to me or if I see a good deed being done.
